The Gritdoctor’s Guide to making you less of a fat b!tch: Week 3

So, once again we’ve made it to Friday and the end of the working week!

Hope you’ve managed to squeeze in a couple of runs already, but if not, don’t worry – you’ve still got two glorious days left in which to up the ante.

This week you’ll be putting your best foot forward and making some real progress. A lot of pain but plenty of gain too – you should be feeling fitter, moving faster and generally behaving a bit more like a real runner. Plus – as an added bonus – this week’s video even mentions food. Food? No fad diets from The Grit Doctor. If you want to make progress your body needs good, honest fuel so there are some suggestions for how to keep yourself going and even add a little incentive to your running.

Week three then, here it is. Watch it and have a wonderful weekend.
