These stylish t-shirts – as modelled by Team RFBR below – are the fashion accessory of the season and in high demand. I have FOUR box-fresh t-shirts to give away to the lucky bitches who can correctly answer the following question . . .

 

What is The Grit Doctor’s key diet advice?

a) Low carb, high protein and strict portion control.

b) Macrobiotic all the way. If it’s good enough for Gwyneth . . .

c) Eat less crap. Drink More water. RUN.

The competition is open until midnight on Friday 27 Jan to UK residents only. Please post your answer in the comment section below and we’ll draw four lucky winners at random and post the results here on Monday 30 Jan. The t-shirts are all women’s medium, which is equivalent to a UK size 12–14. Best of luck!

    Im SO tempted to say a) as that’s what EVERYONE seems to be doing but I know the answer is c). And if I win the tshirt and it’s too small (as I suspect) I will give it to my running partner. Fingers crossed!

    Its C and I’m doing it! I’m an enthusiastic advocate for rbfr, having read the Times article and got the book I did what I was told and got my trainers on and started. I now encourage many of my clients to read it. I am close to achieving my goal of running the whole circuit and am so grateful to you, Ruth Field, for your clear message. My kids are impressed – and some have started running with me, although I’m a bit of a ‘slow bitch’ they still are proud of me. •beaming•
