    Hello Ruth, a little while back I spent time in a studio with you, recording your book Get Your Shit Together as an audiobook. You had a great piece of advice in the book which was broadly: decide to become someone who actually does what they say they’ll do, when you say to a friend, for example, you’ll send them some information, then actually do it. Essentially become someone who is good to their word. This has always stuck with me and on dozens of occasions I’ve used it to give myself a kick up the bum, so thanks! Lily at RNIB
