    Have you ever heard of fat disorders? I don’t see you listing them in the exceptions to the rules. Yes there are obese people because of lifestyle but there are also obese people for reasons that aren’t their fault.
    Look at to see some of the fat disorders. I myself have Dercums Disease. I don’t like the stereotype that if you are fat you are just lazy and you eat too much!

      Where in this book has she stereotyped EVERY fat person this way?? I wonder whether you have read the whole book? She specifically states “If you genuinely consider yourself to be an exception to all this, and believe there’s a medical reason why your’re overweight, see a real doctor and if necessary stop reading this book until you have the truth confirmed”.

      This book isn’t for people in those situations, it is for people who are overweight (or underweight) due to their own poor/misguided choices.
