I just want to say Thank You so much. Your book is changing my life.
I Ran my first 10k today and I feel amazing . I thought I would never get to 5k but reaching 10k feels amazing. I even came home and tackled cleaning my ovens.
My relationship with my 5 kids and husband has been so much better with running back in my life again. I ran in my early 20s until I had child number 3 she was a c section and my life just changed. Also moved to a new county 2 months before the birth. Been here 10 years and 2 more kids later and never ran till I read your book . Thank you sooo much. I feel like me again 🙂
