    Hi,
Very much enjoyed reading Run Fat Bitch Run and have put your advice into operation. Now jogging 40mins x4 nights per week, my husband & I. Never thought I would or could do same, but if I can do it anybody can. Its bloody hard going and I still have a red high colour when I complete 40mins jogging but its worth it. So thanks for all the advice. Kind regards. Bridget from Ireland.

Just finished reading your book after seeing it by chance at the library. Haven’t been to the gym for a year now so am cancelling membership and getting my trainers on. Found your book highly motivating. Went for a 40 min walk with three 2 min jogs slotted in so feeling good. Still wondering if am gonna keep it up and how I can fit it this week as husband away and then am away for gals weekend but feel determined not to give up and keep motivated! Would really love to see your week 1 vid but can’t find it even when I search for Jan 6th.
Thanks you Ruth for giving me a kick up the backside. Want to lose half a stone but more importantly get fit and stop bad image issues

Yes Rebekah, I’m afraid my old website was taken down and I wasn’t able to move the posts (including those old vids)back onto this site. However you might be able to find in on youtube? Not sure if it will still be there but worth a try! Good luck with it all and do keep me posted on all your progress. The hardest part is getting started so you are already well on your way. May the grit be with you. All the best, Ruth
